Dead powder series: Missing bits. Dead powder and discarded steel. 2019. 'Dead Powder' is the small amount of waste cleaned from the powder coating spray booth after every job. It accumulates in a large IBC tub. The overall colour of this waste changes as a result of the various jobs processed in the paint shop. 'Dead powder' works document this colour change over time.
